The Lufthansa Innovation Hub (LIH) is the digital and innovation unit of the Lufthansa Group, based in Berlin (with additional hubs), which promotes new digital products, partnerships, and ventures at the interface between aviation and travel and mobility technology—including the industry format TNMT and offerings such as Global Spaces.

We strategically reorganized the Google Ads landscape for the Lufthansa Innovation Hub: from a status quo audit and market/competition analysis to a new account structure (DE & US) and a clean tracking architecture with Google Tag Manager—including ongoing campaign management.

A dynamic innovation environment with multiple markets and target groups required a high-performance, measurable setup: clear account structures for each market, consistent conversion signals across all touchpoints, and a robust basis for testing and scaling—without compromising on data quality and reporting.
