Market entry and digital development of the designer furniture brand tRACK (Kesseböhmer): Development of a clear brand and website experience around the modular shelving system – including product presentation, configurator journey, and dealer/specialist partner lead paths. Core objective: Raise awareness of tRACK as a high-quality, customizable furniture system in a B2B and B2C context.

A new brand had to appeal to two different audiences simultaneously: end customers needed to be able to intuitively understand and configure the modular system, while specialist retailers and professionals required clear points of contact for advice and sales. In addition, it was necessary to convey the special material and quality appeal digitally and to communicate this consistently across product pages, the configurator, and the dealer network.
