GutRaum8 sells selected, unique home accessories, lamps, and furniture. We designed a shop for these individual accessories that reflects the brand's values.

GutRaum8 was about to take the step to a scalable foundation – so we migrated the shop from WooCommerce to Shopify and sharpened its appearance at the same time: On the desktop, the Impact theme was redesigned (logo on the left, icons on the right, menu below), while the mobile version remained unchanged. On this new basis, we set up a clean data and tracking setup (Consentmo + GTM via Shopify Customer Events) and built a performance system from Google Ads (SEA) and Meta Ads on top of it. The result: a clear, fast shop on Shopify – measurable, expandable, and ready for growth.

The greatest challenge lay in the "open-heart surgery": refining the desktop layout while keeping the mobile version exactly the same as the original. The mega menu had to work reliably, the drawer had to stop showing duplicate account links—and every event had to be tracked precisely in the background so that SEA and Meta would see the same truth. This required clear structures for product feeds, clean UTM/naming standards, and a setup that could learn efficiently even with manageable budgets and confidently handle seasonal peaks.
The result is a calm, high-quality shop that quickly guides users to the right selection—and a performance engine that delivers reliably: SEA and Meta work together seamlessly, conversions are measured consistently, CPC/CAC are falling, and ROAS and predictability are rising. The KPI dashboard makes progress transparent while we continuously optimize campaigns and creatives—the ideal basis for the next steps in growth.
