Optimally meet demand boom with SEA
Launched in 2020, the young startup became widely known thanks to the TV show "Die Höhle der Löwen" (The Lion's Den). With their innovative idea, they were able to convince Ralf Dümmel to invest in FLAPGRIP. FLAPGRIP is a smart smartphone grip that makes everyday use easier and can be attached to any phone case. The startup now sells its product throughout Germany.
The project
From TV and social hype to a robust D2C setup: For flapgrip, we set up the Shopify store, product presentation, and performance funnel from SEA, Meta, and TikTok Ads in such a way that spontaneous attention is translated into repeatable, measurable sales—including a UGC/creator system and scalable launch/bundle mechanics.
The challenge
High peaks due to viral reach, but short attention spans: product benefits must be clear in seconds (grip, stability, one-handed operation), variants and bundles should be selected without friction, and ads need constantly fresh creatives. At the same time, attribution, returns, and inventory must work together seamlessly so that budget flows to where ROAS and LTV are right.

A fast, clear shop with a performance engine: SEA, Meta, and TikTok bring predictable qualified traffic; UGC creatives increase CTR, bundles increase basket value. Thanks to clean attribution, CAC decreases, ROAS becomes more stable, and repeat purchases increase—a setup that translates hype into sustainable growth.
