The Project

The tRACK project, a subsidiary of Kesseböhmer Holding, began with a detailed analysis of the current situation. As a new brand in the world of designer furniture, tRACK needed to establish itself not only in the B2B market but also in the B2C market. Together, we developed a new market entry strategy and rebranded the company. In addition, we were responsible for creating a new business strategy, including developing and launching a new website. Since the project began, we have managed the setup and support of all digital channels, ranging from search and display advertising to content creation, editorial planning, and influencer marketing on social media. As a result, we have consistently increased brand awareness, particularly in the digital sphere.

  • Development of an in-depth analysis of the current situation, including an evaluation of SEO efforts, the market environment, and a competitive analysis
  • Preparation and conduct of an on-site status quo workshop, followed by a debriefing and the development of recommendations for action

  • Ongoing optimization of the websites as part of an SEO strategy previously defined by us
  • Design and development of an independent dealer search tool with custom features such as data and project management, as well as the operational integration of the system into the new website
  • Design and project management of a new 3D product configurator, including AR functionality
  • Setup and support of all relevant advertising channels (search, paid social ads, display advertising)
  • Design and approval of product launch campaigns
  • Concept and operational support for a new social media strategy, including content creation, editorial planning, and managing partnerships
  • Sparring for business development (opening of new showrooms, partnerships, negotiations with business partners)
