The Project
For the rebranding of the career portal, we first conducted a detailed analysis of the current situation and the competition. We then designed the new website. We defined a new visual identity, set up the technical infrastructure for the website, and developed a content strategy for employer branding. We then trained the HR department staff on how to use the website. In addition, we conducted several workshops to familiarize them with relevant marketing tools so they could successfully manage social media and paid social campaigns in-house.
