The Project

Our collaboration with Founderholics began with a comprehensive analysis of the current status of all brands, with a specific focus on detailed reviews of their online stores. Drawing on the insights gained, we developed a new digital strategy and implemented optimizations for the online stores. As an ongoing strategic partner, we actively engage with management and employees, providing valuable insights into digital strategy. Drawing on our expertise, we supported Founderholics in recruiting and hiring marketing specialists and continue to play a role in project management. Over the course of our collaboration, we developed a store blueprint incorporating best practices to establish structured and efficient processes. Additionally, we designed and implemented visual dashboards, enabling cross-channel analysis of all marketing activities.

Services Provided

  • Conducted status quo analyses for all brands, including detailed store analysis and evaluation, which led to actionable recommendations.
  • Implemented store optimization, prioritizing user experience (UX) and improving the conversion rate.
  • Developed a new digital strategy through workshops, on-site consulting, and ongoing collaboration, serving as a strategic advisor to management and employees.
  • Conducted a status quo analysis of existing Google Ads accounts and established new account structures tailored to the German market.
  • Operatively managed and optimized Google Ads campaigns to ensure consistent performance.
  • Conceptualized and implemented a new tracking architecture to ensure GDPR compliance and consent management, and migrated all brands to Google Analytics 4.
  • Facilitated the recruitment and hiring of marketing specialists, ranging from entry-level marketing staff to the head of marketing, including defining job requirements and drafting job postings.
  • Developed and implemented an omnichannel strategy for Founderholics' core brands.
  • Developed a detailed set of recommendations and a store blueprint to streamline future processes.
  • Led workshops on collaborative roadmap development and presented in-depth analyses of the current situation, market dynamics, and competitors.
  • Designed and created data visualizations for cross-channel marketing analyses, integrating various platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon Ads while consolidating diverse data sources.
